| We have four vertical and one horizontal honing machines upon which have inner diameter clearances up the German-standard H7 (in exceptional cases also H6) can be honed. The surface quality meets the standard Ra 0.4µm. By arrangement, we also guarantee the high-quality roughness values in accordance with all measuring methods as requested (Ra, Rt, Rmax, Rx, etc. ) Basically, work can be carried out on inner diameters from 22.5mm to a maximum of 450mm. We can work with diameters of up to 600mm as of the Summer of 2005.  |
